M6 is the sixth tower in M City, the 15-acre master-planned community by Rogers Real Estate Development and Urban Capital at Burnhamthorpe Road and Confederation Parkway, near Square One in downtown Mississauga. The 57-storey tower has about 889 suites from studios to three bedrooms, plus townhouse suites.

Hariri Pontarini Architects designed the tower, with interiors by Cecconi Simone. Amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness and yoga studios, a multi-sport court, a theatre room and a kids’ play area. More than 30% of suites had sold by October 2025, and construction will start when market conditions allow.
