ARBOR WEST SUMMIT SERIES

The Summit Series is a collection of compact townhomes in Caivan’s Arbor West community in northwest Brampton, near Mississauga Road and Bovaird Drive. Each home is laid out over two storeys as either a lower or an upper residence, with 2 to 3 bedrooms, roughly 900 to 1,050 sq ft and one dedicated parking space.

Caivan builds the series using its factory-built construction process. The location gives quick access to Highways 401, 407 and 410, Mount Pleasant GO Station and Züm rapid transit.
